Mince R12.50 per kilogram - includes 15% fat (50% pork & 50% beef fat depending on carcass natural fat)
2* Mince R38.00 per kilogram - includes 35% pork meat & approximately 10% pork fat (depending on carcass natural fat)
Patties R40.00 per kilogram - includes herbs, spices & 25% beef brisket
